The Early Resolution Pathways for Sexual Harassment and Bullying in the Trades Project supports small to medium, non-unionized employers in the trades sector to address sexual harassment and bullying experienced by women and gender-diverse people through early, trauma-informed and non-adversarial conflict resolution processes.
We provide resources, workshops and phone-line support focussed on addressing sexual harassment and bullying concerns before they escalate into formal investigations or other adversarial processes. Often, these formal investigations can lead to increased workplace stress and animosity rather than addressing the concerns of the workplace. Employers can reduce workplace conflict, stress and animosity and support building more respectful and inclusive workplaces by implementing informal conflict resolution processes, including direct conversations, facilitated conversations and mediations.
