Mediate BC’s Trades Navigator Project provides FREE one-hour workshops for employers on addressing sexual harassment and bullying in the trades. These sessions provide information about early resolution processes like facilitated discussions, mediation, and conflict coaching.
Workshops focus on information for small and medium employers in non-union trades workplaces. Employers in other workplaces are encouraged to reach out to Mediate BC for information about more general sessions.
