Catalina is an employment lawyer at Forte Law, where she advises employers and employees in all aspects relating to the workplace. Her practice includes mediation and workplace investigations.
Catalina is also a facilitator and trainer on workplace bullying and harassment prevention, conflict resolution, leadership development, diversity and inclusion, and unconscious bias. Originally from Bogotá, Colombia, she holds law degrees from Universidad de Los Andes and the University of British Columbia; she is a Certified Organizational Coach, a Chartered Professional in Human Resources (CPHR) and holds a certificate in Negotiation and Conflict Management from Harvard University.
