Mediate BC manages the credentials of the Registered Roster Mediator (RRM) and Associate Mediators. We set training and experience standards for admission, as well as ongoing education requirements for maintaining roster status, Standards of Conduct, and a Complaint Process.
If you are starting a conflict resolution practice or are adding mediation to your service offerings, take a look at some resources that may be helpful. Some are practice guidelines and best practices, others are organizations that have additional resources and can support your practice.
To maintain your Mediate BC roster status, you must complete annual education requirements, adhere to our Standards of Conduct and Complaint Process. See here for more information on the CPD requirement and what types of activities can count.
