Robin Phillips is a lawyer and mediator based in Victoria, British Columbia, working at JFK Law LLP. She has a notable focus on Aboriginal law, Collaborative Dispute Resolution, and Environmental law. Robin has been with JFK Law since 2019 and is a partner at the firm. Her practice includes advising Indigenous governments and organizations, as well as local governments, which provides her with a unique perspective in her legal work.
Robin’s background includes a specialization in social justice during her law studies at the University of British Columbia, where she also participated in the criminal law clinic. Her career has been marked by a strong commitment to social justice and reconciliation, actively working on Indigenous governance and sovereignty issues. Robin has been mediating since 2013, and on the Civil Roster of Mediate BC since 2017.
