We are seeking a full-time (35 hours/week) Informal Resolution Project Manager to work remotely.
Overview and Reporting
The Informal Resolution Project Manager (the “IR Manager) will manage a two-year project supporting employers in the trades to address sexual harassment and bullying of women and gender-diverse people through early, trauma-informed and non-adversarial conflict resolution processes.
The IR Manager reports to the Executive Director and will coordinate with them in matters relating to strategy, project development and evaluation. As well, the IR Manager will be supported by an Advisory Committee comprised of individuals and organizational representatives with professional and lived experience relevant to the project. The IR Manager will also work with subject-matter experts in the development of materials related to the project.
