I am a Mediator & Civil Litigation Lawyer in the areas of personal injury, estate litigation, employment & general civil litigation. Since 1997 I have completed the Canadian Securities Course; Advanced Civil Mediation with CLE; the Justice Institute's Certificate in Conflict Resolution; the Court Mediation Practicum; and, the Arbitration Program with BCAMI. Currently I am a trial lawyer and a mediator with Hartshorne & Mehl, Barristers & Solicitors. I am a skills coach with the Justice Institute. $400 - $400

British Columbia, East and West Kootenay, Fraser Valley, Greater Vancouver, Interior North/Northern BC, Interior South/Okanagan
$400 per hour for preparation and attending the mediation; half time for travel; plus disbursements and applicable taxes. Preparation will include a telephone conference with each party.
Five (5) full business days' notice (not inclusive of the date of the mediation or the date of cancellation) or a cancellation fee of $500.00 applies. Cancellation fee is negotiable if the mediation date is rescheduled and goes ahead.
