Mediation Consultation, Pro Bono

I have been a lawyer since 1972. I have an extensive family law background and have been a family mediator for 30 years. I have been a partner in my law firms since 1977, which enables me to participate in discussions covering a range of issues other than family law. I was a lay Board member for the College of Psychologists of B.C. for over 4 years. In 2008, I was appointed Queen's Counsel and a Justice of the Peace, adjudicating Small Claims cases. Also, I am a Parenting Coordinator and have extensive training and experience conducting arbitrations. I am married with 3 children (35, 32, 29). My wife is a travel agent. I have been involved in amateur sport (hockey, baseball) at the local and provincial level and an executive member of a national sports organization.
