Civil Roster Mediator Details

We provide mediation facilities, mindfulness training and exercises, mindful conflict resolution seminars, pre-mediation training (helpful ways to be and behave in mediation), mediation by phone and video-teleconferencing. We account for special dietary needs of our clients when snacks or lunch is necessary.
Former school teacher, current yoga and mindfulness teacher and student and teacher to every one of my clients, my goal is to guide you through this process of mindful conflict resolution. I have been a practicing lawyer since 2007. My focus has mainly been on family law and civil and family mediation. Mindfulness is my daily practice. My approach to mediation is to figure out the parties' needs and then help them meet those needs.

    I also provide unbundled mediation services and package pricing, such as $3,000 (+ tax and disbursement) for the first month of a mediation. This includes a guarantee of one pre-mediation session with each client, 2 in-person mediation meetings a Draft Agreement, Memorandum of Understanding or Minutes of Mediation and Certificate of Participation. Alternatively, clients can pay the hourly rate plus taxes and disbursments.
    *If a room has been rented from a third party requiring cancellation or other fee, the clients will be billed this amount.
