Lee Turnbull, LL.B., MEd (Couns Psych), FMC (Cert. Comp. Fam. Med), C.Med. Lee is a member of the Civil Roster of Mediate BC. She maintains a diverse dispute resolution consulting practice throughout the Sunshine Coast, Squamish, Whistler, Vancouver Island, and the Lower Mainland in: First Nations issues, international disputes, commercial, insurance, workplace, governments, NGOs, schools, and family disputes, both inter-generational and partner separation. In addition to a private practice, she regularly mediates for Mediate BC as a Small Claims Mediator, is a Mentor in the Court Mediation Program, and coaches for the Justice Institute of BC.

Lee also specializes in governance and systems management processes: teaching design/implementation and effective dispute resolution. She served her Sunshine Coast Community for 12 years as elected Regional District Director. She has designed both civil and family mediation practicum programs, and skill assessment processes. She teaches and assesses negotiation and mediation skills and instructs online for the Centre for Conflict Resolution at JIBC. Lee can travel by special arrangement.
