BC Premier Christy Clark Announces Anti-Bullying Summit

In response to the death of bullied Metro Vancouver student Amanda Todd, Premier Christy Clark has announced an anti-bullying summit conference to be held November 13, 2012 at the Morris J. Wosk Centre for Dialogue.
The summit is an addition to the premier’s 10-point Erase Bullying strategy, announced in June, 2012. The Erase Bullying strategy includes a five-year multi-level training program for educators and community partners, online resources for parents and kids, a smartphone app through which children can report bullying anonymously and a website,, which goes live next week.
